There are mainly three types of messages you should receive from us.

  1. System messages such as the email verification email
  2. Notifications related to your forum posts and subscriptions
  3. Newsletters (only if you are subscribed to our newsletter)

The three most likely reasons reasons for not receiving any emails from us are:

  1. Your email address in your user profile is incorrect. You can check and correct it here: https://infinitymind.consulting/user-profile
  2. Our emails have landed in your spam folder. The fix for that depends on which email client you are using. Typically you go the spam folder, click on the email from us and tell the email client that this is no spam and to no longer intercept emails coming from that email address.If the email client doesn't do this for you automatically, please move our email from the spam folder to the inbox so that you can work with it.
  3. Your mail server refuses to accept emails from our mail server. That can happen if our email server is on the same subnet as another mail server known to send out spam emails. In that case, please address your emails to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will take it up with the manager of the non-cooperative mail server.
